Welcoming Year 2010...

Two more days to go for New Year 2010. Reflect back of what had happened from the beginning of year 2009 until now... Life is just alright with... My master class started in mid 0f 2009 and until now it's the 4th subjects and we still have 9 more subjects to complete. Yeah... 4 subjects, but then only finished 2 of the assignments... I thought I will have time to finish those 2 assignments during this new year's holiday... apparently, there are more things to be done than what I thought....

Year 2009 wasn't really sparkled as I can hardly remember impressive things that happened in this year... There was no resolution to accomplish as every time I tried to make some resolutions at the end of year, it never works out... ^^ So, I decided to let it flow just like the water... Lol...

Well... what I can say is... Happy New Year.... Have a great year ahead... ^^

We had this wedding reception starts from yesterday and continue to 27 Dec... ^^

Dave pretends to be the bride.... I wonder how he can notice that bride always have the long gown... ^^
Cheers.... Have a wonderful Christmas....

Huge Winter melon

I have never seen this huge winter melon before.... When we bought, normally there are already in pieces.

The winter melon is used to make soup or fruit drink.

Dave 2 Years and 2 Months

Everyone says and asks the same thing... When are you going to give Dave a sibling? or It's time to give Dave a sibling! yeah.. those similar statement and question over and over and over....
Hm... Is that a must to have more than one child? Let me analyze and give a thought of this thing...
Maybe if you have your opinions, you can bring it up... ^^

At this age, Dave is able to sing a couple of songs completely and a few songs like follow the end....
He can sing ABC with weird intonation... but it's cute... hehe...
He kinda mix "Burung Kakak Tua" with "Topi Saya Bulat" (Indonesian's children songs...)

He can count until 40 and he can recognize numbers below 100.
He's getting determine of what he wants... stubborn... or maybe it's not stubborn but then we want him to do things just like what we want.. and he wants to do it his way... hehe....

He's not wearing any diapers except bed time.. and he tells when he wants to pee.....

Coxsackie Virus Infections

It's Dave last day at school.. Little Lamb has this Christmas party and Dave supposed to perform along with his classmates. Too bad, he saw me just minutes before his performance and finally he didn't perform at all. He cried 'coz I didn't approach him and he was looking for me. Other kids were real good... One of Dave's classmate, Bryan, he's really good in performing....

On the way back from school, Dave had a fever and I gave him medicine once we reached home. However, the fever was extremely high, almost reached 40 deg Celsius. Thus, we went for a doctor, but the doctor couldn't find what caused the fever and asked us to come on Friday if the fever is still high. Come back after 3 days... maybe the doctor suspects it's dengue fever. That was on Tuesday....

On Wednesday, Dave started to complain that his mouth is hurt. I saw there were 2 red dots near the I thought it's the HFM again. It's just like not even 2 months after his HFM disease before. I heard from a friend that a doctor ever told him that HFM disease only can attack for one time. So, I decided to go for a doctor again. This time it's not HFM disease, it's coxsackie virus attack... Darn it...

Check this...
http://kidshealth.org/parent/infections/bacterial_viral/coxsackie.html

Honestly, this coxsackie is a lot better in term of he still can swallow his saliva....

Tips: Give cold milk... if he didn't want to drink or eat. Let him be. Need not to force. For the first time when he had HFM disease, I kinda force him to drink, but now I realized it's useless... If he's hungry, he'll ask for it.... Another bad habit of Dave, whenever he cries, he's going to vomit. So, when I forced him to drink, he'll cry and then he'll vomit.

Dave's not in the mood at Little Lamb....

Dave's Classmates perform.... ^^

Dave's the Owl...

I heard voices from the other side of the room... It's dark and I looked at the clock and it showed 3.30 in the morning. It's Dave voices. He's awaken. I thought he's going to sleep again later, so I just ignored him and let him played by himself. I felt asleep. When I woke up again, it's already 5.00 and he's still very conscious. I thought he's hungry, thus I made milk for him and he felt asleep for 5 minutes then he woke up again. What is wrong with my baby..?? I really have no idea. His body was a bit heat, so I thought he's having fever. I measured the temperature, it's just fine.

Then I decided to wake up and accompany him. As usual, it's school time. We leaved at about 8 o'clock and he slept all the way to the school. When he reached school, he's still very sleepy. ^^

End of 2009 Trip...

It would be a dream come true if I can have the holiday trips like every quarter of the year or more than that... LOL... It's still in my to do list though... dream that is not yet come true...
Well, this time, the whole family went to KL for 3 days 2 nights. Originally, we planned to go to KL to celebrate Dave's cousins, Kylie 1st birthday and Kenrick full month, at the same time... However, sister-in-law (SIL) gave birth 4 weeks earlier, and we booked the tickets like months ago, so everything was out of the schedule.

Once we reached KL, we went to Genting for a night. We had an early flight, so when we reached Genting, it's still bright. After check-in to theme park hotel, we went for Chin Swee Temple. It's a very nice temple, and it's about 10-15 minutes driving from Genting.

Chin Swee Temple

All of us, excluding CK...

This is known as Goh Tong Hall, if I am not mistaken.

We were having dinner in the vegetarian restaurant inside the temple.

Appetizer. They charge for it though.. ^^

Yummy soup....

From this trip... I kinda found out some of Dave's characteristics... He's an extremely stubborn and individualistic boy. I'm not sure if this is due to the condition that he's the only child in the family or it's just him or he's just jealous... The point is.. he's reluctant to share.... It makes me a bit worry. Too early to worry...?? Whenever Kylie touched him, he will assume that Kylie hit him. He wanted to play with Kylie's toys but he wasn't willing to share his own toy... When I scolded him and gave him explanations... he was just crying... am not sure if he understand or not.... it's really stressful to think of this... Especially when he has another younger brother or sister... It will be tough for us...

A few pics....

Dave was excited inside the airplane....

yeah... he's occupying two steers...

Dinner @ Shogun Japanese Buffet...
All of us excluding Danield... Finally CK's picture in there... ^^
We are having lots of photo and it's all thanks to CK... the photographer...

Happy Birthday to Me.... ^^

Oh well.. another year... another birthday... It's a pleasant day. Did celebrate with colleagues at work. We had late lunch at Lembur Kuring at 3pm. As usual, I need to pick up Dave and drove him home and usually I'm quite free after that. The lunch was actually at 2.30 pm, but as usual people are late... ^^

Will post the pictures later.

Happy Birthday Dave.....

It's Dave's Chinese Birthday today... Not much celebration... Just had cake in the evening after my class. Father-in-law doesn't like people celebrate their birthday, except for the first birthday. He is against thing like buying cake or people talk about birthday. Well in this case, I insisted to buy the cake. It's like once in a year time and hey.. last two years I were in pain laid in the hospital.... but then the pain worth it...^^

Dave's can recognize and read it out from 1-20 fluently, recognize 26 alphabets, loves to watch Barney, always tell if he needs to poo, and sometimes he will tell if he wants to pee.
Loves alphabets, especially number 2. Loves to play with calendar or calculator and read out the numbers, understand words better.... doesn't like go to barbershop, that's why granny is the one who cut his hair. Everyday, before he went to sleep and after he wake up, he'll find his number 2 first. When we turn off the lights at night and he still wants the light on, he will tell lie that he needs to poo... ^^

Red eggs....

Misua for birthday boy ^^

Dave's excited

Family's members.... ^^

He loves to arrange numbers, and put 5 upside down.

How Long Do You Want to Live on this Earth...??

I went for my haircut this morning. It's Saturday, it's the only free time that I have. It's quite rushed as again I need to pick up Dave at 11 from his school. Durind the weekdays, I have classes, I usually pick him at at 12 something after my class, so I always do my best to be at school early on Saturday.

Back to the topic, I went to this saloon, there were already a couple of people inside, but luckily they were not having their hair cut. I were the first so I can just pick Dave on time. However, while I were waiting for the hair-dresser to come down, an old granny walked in the saloon with one maid and one grand-daughter (13 or 14 years old). She's quite old, I guess in her 80s. Her hearing is not that good, and she's very impatient, looked blur... She needs to her hair cut done also.

It's quite a dilemma for me, if I let her had the hair cut first, then I will be so late in picking up Dave. If I had mine first, then that poor granny has to stay there for quite a while... Finally, after half an hour, the hair-dresser just came down... and he's extremely slow in doing things... (it's my first visit)

Finally, the hair-dresser cut the granny hair first, and he couldn't cut the hair as the granny keep moving his head. Then the granddaughter like keep saying... granny, do you want your hair cut done, so that you can look prettier... The granny wanted to cut her hair also, as she said like, Yes... a little... However, the granny can't stop moving her head around.. So, again and again, the grand daughter said, Granny, please stop moving your head around.. or granny the hair-dresser is going to cut your hair, but you cannot move... or granny.. please stop moving, we are done in few minutes.. then you are going to look beautiful...

Seeing this granny reflects me to think of my own granny... She were sick for couple of months and she's like in her early 70s... so suffered for a couple of months... Meanwhile, dad suddenly passed away (heart attack) during the Christmas trip... Feel no pain at all... These whole things make me think if I really have a choice to choose how long I can live on this earth... I really will not request to live longer like hundred years... if were not healthy... ^^
Maybe I will choose to live like as long as I am still healthy and able to do things... not a burden for other people.. Hm.. not sure also... ^^

Prize or Discount Motorcyle....??

Yeah.... Mr. won the prize from Brastagi Supermarket in Medan. It's the annual celebration to share the joy with the customers; giving out prizes. This year, it gave out 1 car and 10 motorcycles. Mr. is the lucky person number 9 who won the motorcycle. ^^

Hm... sometimes I wonder if this is called as prize or buy motorcycle with 50% discount. Since we need to pay for almost 5 million rupiah for the license and the tax. If we sell it, the price is about 10 million.

Dave on the new motorcycle

Recovering from HFM...

For the first time since he was diagnosed with HFM on Saturday... Dave had his first solid food, mi sua... Misua is a very thin variety of salted Chinese noodles made from wheat flour. I just simply cooked the misua with some pork ribs for the taste. He didn't eat the pork though...

Today is Thursday, and Dave was willing to drink milk by himself yesterday. So, it's like 4-5 days since Saturday that he was not drinking unless we forced him to... and it's only a glass of cold milk every 6-8 hours...

Another pity thing to see is... he loves to drink "yakult" or eat "ice cream"... since he's not able to eat... he just hold and looked at them for minutes.... if we didn't take it away from him.. mayb he'll hold them like hours...

He's also off from school... I plan to send him back to school on Monday if he's doing okie...

Misua that u can find in the groceries stores...

Misua making... Quite impressive right... ^^

Hand - Foot - and Mouth Disease

I were quite shocked when I picked Dave up from school last Saturday. His hands and feet were very cold, so I thought it's the air-con. Then I felt his forehead, and oh gosh... fever... The last time he had the fever were in March, so it's about 7 months ago. I hate it when he's not feeling well...

Then I gave him paracetamol and the fever is not that high anymore. However, his appetite was gone. He normally eats a lot during his lunch and can finish the whole bottles of milk (200 ml) 2 times before bed time. That night, he only drank for about 100 ml and didn't want to drink anymore. Well, I thought the fever and lost appetite were from the molar teeth growing...

On Sunday, I suddenly checked on bottom lips and it's full of ulcers. I remember a friend's once told me that it's the symptom. Then I checked the buttocks, but no ulcers there. So, I thought it's the heat from inside. He's still reluctant to drink. Later on, in the afternoon, after all the attempts to make him drinks, he's still not able to. We decided to go to the doctor. The doctor said that he's having hand - foot- and mouth disease. Poor baby...

There are symptoms of the disease that you can find further from the following website. Dave might have shown the symptoms earlier, but we just didn't notice. In Indonesia, it's called as Singaporean Influenza. The doctor said that it's in trend. In a day, there were at least 5 patients with these kinds of symptoms.

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/hand-foot-and-mouth-disease/DS00599/DSECTION=symptoms

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hand,_foot_and_mouth_disease

Or you can just simply go to uncle Google and search for it.

Hm... another unpleasant earlier birthday gift for Dave....

Well, we are not sure where did Dave get this from. It might from the school or the wedding party on Friday that we attended. If it's from the school, again do you think early education is suggested?

Early Education

Is that true that early education will cause traumatic or stress for the children...?? A friend told me that issue, he claimed that he read it from a book. Well, I didn't find anything like that though. Then, I link this back to Dave's behavior that is still reluctant goes to school after a week. Every morning, when I am about to help him change his pj to uniform. He'll cry and say no...

I assume that he cannot take long break. Every time after the long break, he is unwilling go to school. He'll cry and try if by crying it can make him free from school... He's just doing fine on the way to school... and when we reached school, he'll cry again. At school, he's back become a good boy again.... ^^

Well, what I wonder is will that cries in the morning cause him stress that will lead to other effects...???

Btw, Dave is having his second molar now. The second molar should come out in between 23-31 months. He's just in time...

Things Happen for a Reason...

Things happen for a reason...!!!
Do you believe this...?? I believe it, that's why I seldom fight for the things unless I really have to; even though I know that I really like it or deserve it. I just believe that I don't get those things at this moment because God is arranging another better plan for me... sounds silly..??

Well, I suddenly pick up this topic is because my sister-in-law is delivering today. It's an urgent, she has to go for c-Section. She doesn't really choose to go for c-Section, but then God has another planned for her... I don't really follow what had happened.

The point is, we did plan to travel to HK way before this (btw.. it's Idul fitri long holiday... ) and had booked the tickets. It's on wait list still, but we had alternatives and we just didn't feel like having the spirits to get the tickets...

If we insisted to go to HK, then it's going to be complicated as father-in-law (FIL) for sure will force mother-in-law (MIL) to fly to KL asap; and more story.... ^^ It's just so coincidence that we didn't get the HK tickets and we stay at home... thus.. when we heard about the sudden c-section... FIL already commended MIL to go to KL immediately... and mom is otw to airport now... flying to KL....

Long Lost Friend...

I haven't met Mega for more than a decade. We lost contact somewhere in 1997, after the riot in Indonesia, she then moved to Australia for her high school. Recently, we are connected through this Facebook thing. Hm... pros and cons from facebook thing...

Then she said that she's going to pay a visit to Medan. I gave her my number and she called me up. Then, we fetched her up and we went for Starbucks at Sun Plaza. Well, what to expect when you just want to have a talk... coffee shop is always the best place... ^^Luckily, there's a place for us as it's Idul Fitri holiday... So, it's pretty much not that crowded at Sun Plaza...

It's very kind of Mr. to help me carrying Dave around. We went there with Mr's friend also. So, Mr. offered to take care of Dave and he went to Sunshine for a drink with his friend. Mega and I can catch up things... ^^

After 12 years... I thought that there are none to be talked about. Apparently, there are plenty to discuss and share... She's still the same Mega back at the school... Ambitious and know what she wants in life... We sat with one another for a few years.... Started from Junior high school...

You just never know when u are supposed to meet up with someone you know before or someone that is going to be your friend... Things happen for a reason... ^^

Dave 23 Months

Another present for Dave in his 23 months...^^ Not a real present... he fell down and hurt his lips... Pooor Dave...

In his 23 months, Dave's front teeth are started to decay. Grandpa starts to buy him snacks, candies, and cold drinks. He is able to understand things and would like to accept negotiation. He takes condition and rewards things... Good for him and easy for us...
Well, there is time when he gets really stubborn and it's very hard for us to control things too...

He is able to make 3 words sentences like "home sweet home", etc. Besides that, he is able to remember and pronounce his classmates names.

He knows how to read and recognize numbers 1-12.. the rest is still in progressing.

His pattern is like taking nap from 1 or 2 till 3 or 4 or 5 sometimes. Then, the worst is, he is sleeping at 11 in the evening...

The evil face of him....

Until now, his favorite number is 2... ^^

Respect your mother... Remember the...

Respect your mother... remember the pain labor that she went through...?? It is either c-Section or normal... They are equally pain.... 9 months carrying in the tummy... take care of you from the first day you were born until today... You demand to drink every 2 hours... a few times poo in a day... tried so hard to make u stop crying... and so on....

Those are the common sense of what we should do rite...?? Well, I've seen people who are not respected their mom... or they respect their mom... but then... the mom is too demanding... or maybe the mom loves to gamble.... or maybe the mom loves to shop branded things... without looking or understanding her children situation... Keep asking money for entertainment... Said nasty words when the children didn't give her the money...

My question is... how should this child response his / her mom behaviors? Lets just assume that the children still give his/her mom some money for daily expenses.. not the entertainment though... and not for shopping... and not for gamble...

Will the children get the bad karma (if you believe in Karma)...???

Hm... this topic come to mind as I read lots of newspapers mentioned the delivery... 20 children in 1 day... ^^....???

22 Month 3 Week Old Dave

I just need to share this out. I find it very interesting of what my less than 2 years old boy can do. As usual, in the morning, he had to change his pj (pajama) to home shirts. When I were about to help him wore his shorts, he ran away. He didn't want to wear the shorts. It took me 2 minutes just to help him with his shorts. I thought that he want to run to the living room half-naked. ^^ He loves to do that, coz he finds that it's exciting if I chase him around... (Bullying his worn out mom here... )

Thus, once I attempted to put on his shorts, he cried and walked to the wardrobe, took out another shorts. Ah ha... apparently he didn't like to wear this shorts and asked me to change to another shorts... ^^
He didn't like the triangle shapes shorts and want to change to rectangle shape shorts.

The shorts on the left side is considered as shorts with triangle shape and on the right side is considered as shorts with rectangle shapes. When your baby is a lot younger and does not know how to express if they want to poo; it is advisable to go for the triangle shape shorts, though they don't look good. This is to prevent the poop fall anywhere when your baby poo.

I just found out how determine are toddlers these days..

Another cute behavior of him is to love to wear high heals.

On My Way Home...

I always pass this street (Jl. Pancing) on my way home. I just couldn't stand not to share these with you guys...

Hundreds of watermelon...?? I just have no time to count all of them... ^^ Well, I just feel stunt to see these watermelon... Maybe this is due to the Muslim's fasting day... They just go for the watermelon as the opening at the end of their fasting every day..?? The price is about Rp 2500/kg (around USD 25 cents/kg...)

Another interesting thing is to see how brave is our Indonesian people. Fix the advertisement without having rope tied on their body... I just could'nt find any thing around their waist...

Hit by a Motorcycle

Not a great day today. Just parked my car in front of little lamb about to pick Dave up. Look behind (as usual before open the door), saw nothing, so I opened up the door, and bang... there it went... A motorcycle in its speed hit my car's door... and he did fall down in front.. hurt his foot...

So.. whose fault is this...?? As usual, it's the "big" fault... same thing here... even though he crashed my door.. it's still my fault... Well.. long story short... the surrounding people ask me to bring him to hospital and indirectly ask me to pay for the whole expenses... Of course, I reluctant to do this... Well, come on.. it's not my fault... I can assist him by giving some money.. but not the whole thing... How bout my car...?? So, we ask a becak (three-wheels drive) to ride him to the hospital, which is about 100 m from the school... Sometimes, it's not that we don't want to assist people who are having accident in the middle of the street... or drive him to hospital with my car... In Indonesia, the more we try to help, the more trouble we are going to have.

Then, I walked to the hospital and assist him by giving him some money. He still reluctant to accept that and asked me to fix his motorcycle... Long story short, after some discussion, he finally took that..

Notice the bottom of the driver's door.

Galvanic Spa

Have you ever heard of this multi level marketing (mlm) product called Nu Skin? I were first introduced back in year 2006. That time, I have no interest in that products. Today a friend asked if I wanna have a free face spa. Hm... free face spa..?? Kinda interesting and I had the time also... why not...?? I were curious of this face spa... Heard that for the first time.

Apparently, it's from Nu Skin.

Those are the devices to do the spa. It comes with 4 interchangeable conductors that you can use for:
  1. Face conductor
  2. Scalp Conductor
  3. Body Conductor
  4. Spot Treatment Conductor
I tried the face conductor and it's really amazed me as I can see the instant result of how the device can actually lifted my face. The person who helped me to do the Spa did take the picture, unfortunately I didn't ask for those pics. Otherwise, you can see the differences.

Tempted to buy it, but don't feel that I am diligent enough to do the spa. ^^
Besides that, it's kinda pricey also.

Dave's 22 Months

Two more months to go before his 2nd birthday... He's getting adorable from time to time... especially with some funny things that he do... Though sometimes I would think that he's a little monster... LOL.... So, what can he do already...??
  1. Know how to combine words... 2 words the most... i.e., he would say "Papa's helmet" or "Sleep room" or "Miss you" or "yellow duck" or "Dave's poo-poo" ... and so on....
  2. He's really good in expressing if he needs to poo... ^^
  3. He's very emotional... as if he can't get something that he wants... he will clap his hand to show his upset... (not clapping hands a few times...)
  4. Recognize his classmates' names
  5. Demand either to watch Barney or Baby TV (he know what to choose...)
  6. Recognize and read out shapes (Triangle, Square, Circle, Diamond, Star, etc...)
  7. The fun part is... I can ask him to get something for me... LOL... for example, please take the TV's remote Dave, or Please get your own sandal... ^^
  8. Choose what shoes or sandals that he wants to wear for the day...
  9. Really master in recognizing numbers from 1 to 11 and a few alphabets...
  10. Another great thing is the potty training... ^^
He's been doing this for around 10 months or more.... (I don't remember...)
Look at his cute face there... hehe...

He's just starting this 2 days ago.. So, I don't have to throw the poo everyday.. I can just flash it ....

Do you think he'll get mad at his mommy for posting these very personal pics... hehe...
Btw,... he's very discipline in this daily activity... every morning... ^^ It's good for me as I dun have to worry if he's going to poo in the mall...
Thanks to mother-in-law that started this habit since he's 2 months old....

He must think that.. " hm.. I'm a grown up now...
he just looks like he's proud of being able to reach and hold it....

Career, Marriage, and Social Life...??

Most of the time I heard people (friends, families, colleagues, anonymous... ^^) said that... What it's Saturday already.. Time really flies... and it goes on...
What do you think..?? Does time fly...??

It seems like life is a bit hectic these days... people are rushing to achieve their dreams, goals, etc.... However, they are people who are still in their comfort zone also... Well, again, it depends on their culture I guess... ^^

Back to the topic... Is that possible for people to balance their life in career, marriage, and social life...?? Spends 8 - 10 hours in the office, 6 - 8 hours to sleep, daily works...?? 2-4 hours..?? Spend the time with your spouse/spouses..?? Your friends...?? Your mom & dad...?? etc...

I, myself, have no daily schedule for that yet... For me, it's not possible to achieve at this stage... have to sacrifice either one... Anyone have a good schedule..??

Dave's Social Life...

A person characters can be seen starts from toddlers. Today, Dave's school has early celebration for Indonesia's Independence Day (17th August). Apparently, her teacher said that he was unwilling to join for the whole activities except to have the balloons (they used balloons for part of the activities). Finally, the teacher accompanied him in the classroom with the balloon.

He just excited when the games were over and it's meal time. ^^
Thus, I kinda worried with his social life. Will he be somebody that is going to isolate himself with his own interest...?? Very hard to make friends...?? Or can just blend in the society...??

Well, it might be too early to worried about this thing... but so far... he really doesn't like to play with other kids yet... Or maybe it's just not the time yet....???

Stagnant Life...

I guess my life has reached the stagnant level as my daily activities turn out to be the same. My weekdays are from Monday to Saturday. Every morning help Dave to get ready for school, drop him to school, and I have an hour for myself to have breakfast before I go to teach.

Then, at noon, after class, I have to pick Dave up again at. We'll reach Mr's office at about 12.30; there, again, I have to feed him for lunch... Once, things are done, then we are heading home. Normally, he's going to fall asleep on our way home.

We'll reach home at about 2 in the afternoon, then I get to do my stuffs for couple of hours then I have to go to teach again (except Sat and Sun). ^^ Most of the time, my classes are till 7 pm, and I'll reach home at 7.30. At home, get things ready for tomorrow... Dave's milk in the bag, Dave's diaper in the bag, lol...

Sunday... sometimes it's just too tired to go out... (again... stress on there's no nanny...)
If we do go out, then it's just go for groceries or my family's places...

Hm... I wonder how long will I go in this stage of life... ^^

Well, it's not that I am complaining... It's just like... maybe I need a break in between... ^^
Of course, I will not take a semester off from teaching... I just love and still need the $$$.... LOL....

Maybe this weekend is gonna be different...????

Hectic Day...

The renovation in our room is finished. The worst thing is the clean up. I've been doing the cleaning since yesterday.. and.. it continues till now... Still not done yet... Thus, I left Dave with Mr. for the whole afternoon. Normally Dave would take a nap for about 2.5-4 hours; today, after 1.5 hours nap, he woke up.

Suddenly, I heard Dave's cried. It's not the usual cried. So, I run down there and the first scene. He started to pee on his pants; 2nd scene, he started to vomit; and 3rd scene, another vomit.... And I have to clean them up... (Dave's nanny not come on Sunday..)
He tends to vomit when he really cried out loud. Bad habit since baby...

Well, then I knew the reason that he cried was from the hot water in the dispenser. He tried to fill the water and he went for the red colour... He got burn....
The dispenser...

Medicine to apply immediately after the spilled. Don't rinse the burn with water or any other things. Applied this immediately after the hot water spilled...

Six hours after the hot water burn...

Understanding...

Relationship is the matter of understanding. It can be the relationship among friends, in a family, with colleagues, etc. They can last long only when understanding is involved in it. However, an individual will have the understanding when they still like or love that particular person. In this case like is not like an individual deeply, but like to be his or her friends, etc.

For example, when we still like to be friend particular person, when he or she makes mistake, we still can try to understand why is he or she doing that. We'll also think back all the good things that he or she had done before. However, when we start to hate the particular person. Even the simplest mistake that he made, we just cannot handle or accept it.

Visit from a Close-Friend....

This weekend was a bit different as I had a visit from a close friend. Nat and I have known each other since our college life in KL, back to year 1998. Since then we get close... hang-out... movie-time... clubbing... "mamak (coffee-shop?)"-time... Lol...

Well, she came to visit her uncle that is sentenced with Cancer Stadium IV. Still young, about 45 plus, but then sickness came without looking at the age... She came here with her granny, aunt-in-law, and her bro (Agus). She was here for 3 days 2 nights, so nothing much can be done.

The last time we met was when I had my holiday in KL (last year October). Hm... I guess after college time, before I went to Canada in year 2000, we only met for less than 5 times. On her wedding, my wedding, My trip to KL, and this time... ^^

Her scheduled was very tight. Reached Medan at Friday night, and her aunt picked them up. Then, coincidentally, I couldn't go out at Saturday Morning (fixing the toilet). In the afternoon, her aunt driver dropped Nat and Agus in front of Methodist Hospital. So I went to pick them up and we just get ready to go back to Cemara.

Nat with Agus @ Cemara Asri Temple

We just went for Vincent coffee shop and had a walk in the Cemara Asri temple. In the evening, we went for Sun Plaza Nelayan to have dinner. (It was good, but both me and Mr. suffered from thirsty for the whole night...)

The next day, since she craved for "bihun bebek" (duck thin rice noodles). So, I brought her for the one at Gandhi Street. Apparently, she preferred the one at Gedeh Street. She claimed that it tastes more traditional with all the spices in the soup at Gedeh Street. (Well, on her last visit, I brought her there... So, next time Nat... ^^)
