Idul Fitri is getting closer. I had decided to let go our KL and Spore trips a few months ago. However, when things are getting closer to the date, I become indecisive either to go or not to go. I will be in my 35 weeks when I come back from the trip. So, technically, I still can board. The traveling date are from 25 August to 5 September with total 4x ride in the airplane that is less than an hour.
When I think all the fun that we might get, especially we are going as the large group. It's kinda waste not to go and Mr. would love to go. Will it be any risks if I still fly? I have been reading a lot from the Internet and there are lots of pros and cons statements...

Day 12 - Hangzhou
Hangzhou is famous for its natural scenery and it really is. It is located in Zhejiang Province, which is considered as one of the seven oldest city in China. There is a say from Chinese Old man about Hangzhou is "If above is the heaven, then below are Hangzhou and Suzhou".
The first place that we visited in Hangzhou was the West Lake ~ Xi Hu. We also rode on the boat and went to the garden near the lake.
Apparently, this gentleman use the trees and flowers as the objects of his painting.
Look at them... so happy huh...
Hm... look at Dave's mouth...
Apparently, nearby the lake, there are like thousands of gold fish and we can feed them with bread also.
Psst... we took the bread from the restaurant in the hotel... When asked Dave to feed the fish with the bread... apparently he ate most of the bread... hehe...
This is the boat that we rode....
Each of the road sign has a direction like North, South, East, or West....
Our next destination was the tea plantation as Hangzhou is famous with its tea also. Hm... I guess China is famous with its tea... ^^
This uncle is actually fried the tea leaves with no oil with his bare hands...
Then this young lady has her own art in pouring tea....
This has nothing to do with the tea... but they sell them near the tea shops... I think they are driedgoose leg? Alright, question is answered now. According to brother-in-law, they are Chinese Ham 金華火腿. They are salted pork leg that use to cook soup or stir fry. They are quite pricey also... ^^
Places where they plant the tea leaves and it takes quite sometimes to harvest the teas... It's just near the tea plantation....
This has nothing to do with the tea plantation, but then Dave was eager in spelling / reading the alphabets....
After lunch, we went to the Mausoleun of Yue Fei.
The last two places that we went were the six harmonies and went for the Romance of the Song Dynasty.

Oh yah.. this is the most interesting part. In Hangzhou, all the bicycles that look like below is actually free for the Hangzhou local people. You can actually borrow this bicycle and ride it to anywhere you want and return it at that particular place where it has the bicycle post.

Hong Kong Tourists in Philippine Bus Hijacking

Like the 911 incidents in the state, Philippine bus hijacking, earthquake, flood, and so many more.
Our last trip to China was with Hong Thai Travel. I kinda think what if that bus hijacking was not in Philippine, but in China?

Day 11 - Beijing & Hangzhou
It's the last day we stayed at Beijing. It was great to stay at this pleasant hotel at Crowne Plaza International Airport Beijing. It's near the airport and it's not that convenient if you are going around with the public transport. However, the local tour guide told us that it takes time to go from one place to another place in Beijing. Places are very far.
Beijing 2008 Games of the XXIX Olympiad is now become the one of the tourist place in Beijing. It's full with the visitors and athletes. Didn't have chance to go there last 2 years, so did pay a visit this time. It's really huge and it's just great to be there. Starts from the bird nest stadium, the cube aquatic, and many more. I did take some pictures.

After the foot massage service near the Olympic stadium, we went to Desenghmen Gate Exhibition of City Military Defence for a look. Then we went to the airport for a flight to Hangzhou by using Air China.
Isn't that cute...
In this foot massage place, there is actually the master or Doctor that actually take care of the athletes and heal the athletes if something is wrong with their body. To cut it short, this doctor knows what is wrong with your body and will suggest you to by the herbal medicine that you can use to soak your feet before bed time.
I did buy the herbal but after a few times soak I get lazy to do it again....
One word... China people are very good in selling.. ^^ Whatever you hear, you always feel like buying.

When we reached Hangzhou, it's already night time and we just went to a restaurant for dinner. FYI, the restaurant is just opened for us and the fish has less bones. ^^
Oh yah, that night, this Brisbane uncle (from the tour) was having a birthday and the local tour guide did actually prepare a birthday cake for him. The candle was pretty neat and it can sings happy birthday song. Dave was so into that so that uncle's wife gave it to Dave and it played all night long and we had to hid it in the drawer so that it didn't produce any sounds.

Day 10 - Beijing 3rd Day
Again... Beijing has lots of tourists attractions that is impossible to be completed in a couple of days. This might due to the reasons that it's the capital of Beijing. Oh yah, the culture of Beijing is very unique. One of them is in greating people. The local tour guide asks us to call the driver as "shifu" master instead of calling him as driver "She ci". Similar to other people who are expert in their own field also.
During our third day stays at Beijing, We went to Tiananmen Square (but we didn't go inside due to the long queue), Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, and Experience the tricycle or so called becak.
Look at the daily visitors at the Tiananmen Square. Not just the local tourists but the foreigners also.
Not to say that how huge is the space and poor those servants of the kings and queens the other time. They have to walk for soooooo long just to see the King or the Queens....
Look... the bicycle that looks like motorcycle ... or the other way...??
Traffic for bicycle...
But then... the two-wheel drivers in that state is extremely crazy... They don't even want to stop when they see people cross the road... and honestly... I were the victim... coz they are just extremely fast....
During our third day stays at Beijing, We went to Tiananmen Square (but we didn't go inside due to the long queue), Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, and Experience the tricycle or so called becak.
