His holiday... My mess...
It's a never ending movement from him that makes me unable to stop chase him around... He's just too active.. but again it's better than passive kids...
2 weeks holiday... I have to go through this.. and his nap in the morning was about 30 minutes only.... I suggested Mr. to let him go for a holiday in another school.. but Mr. was not agree with that... Holiday class in Little Lamb was last for one week only... It was ended last Saturday...
School starts on 13th July...

Sun Plaza Sogo Midnite Sale
Sale!! Good news or bad news...??
Most of the time it will be bad news as it's time to spend money. ^^
I were just one of the victim. I am using Clarins product and they text me that they have 10% off for any products purchased on that particular day starts from 8pm to 12pm. Coincidentally, couple of my products are running out soon. So, I decided to go there.
It's just crowded and the line was about more than an hour just to claim the rebate. By using HSBC credit card for purchased above Rp. 750.000, we were entitled to have 10% cash rebate, Sogo voucher value Rp. 50.000, Starbucks voucher any drink for tall size, free parking, lucky dip 2 times. What a deal right?
The queue to redeem...
Well, it ended up that I purchased 2 items and costs me about Rp 850.000. I still think that it worth the purchased, as I just need them in time. We had timezone Rp 10.000 (the least gifts given out) and HSBC mug thermal in the lucky dip. We are just not good in this kind of thing...

Dave's Rank ...
LOL... Sometimes I feel that it's just silly to have the ranking things at school. In another way, it's a good thing to have a ranking system in order to compare one students with another. Tell the performance of a person and change it to quantitative points. Besides that, some people just need other people to boast them up.
Long story short, it's Dave last day at school for this year school term. He's going to playgroup later in July. So, he's just in baby class and there are about 6 other students in the class. Apparently he's the youngest in the class. His marks were actually the same with one of his classmate, but the teacher decided to give him the first-rank because the teacher said that his ability to understand things are faster. The school gave him some presents for the achievement. There are lunch box, simple puzzle, and pencils.
Way to go Dave. Hopefully, he is going to maintain the performance later in his life. Thousand miles of journeys starts from a single step. Maybe this is the single step.
Are we proud? Yes, but this is still long way to go... ^^

Green Hill & Brastagi
I felt like going out of town, so I asked Mr. if he would like to? Then he said okie, but just us is not fun. Thus, I asked my aunts to come along. Finally, there are 9 of us (including Dave); just fit in one car, but I have to let Dave sat on my lap for the whole journey. It's quite tiring. It's approximately 1.5 to 2 hours drive from Medan.
The entrance for the Green hill theme park was actually the renovation of the casino. Since the casino was banned, thus they modified them. The entrance ticket is Rp 20.000 (USD 2), but then it's not including all the rides and plays. The worst part is, children above 1 year old has to buy the ticket. I always thought it's all free before they reach 2 years old.
There is nothing much fun inside and the weather is so hot. The day was still early, thus we decided to drive further up to Brastagi. It's about 45 minutes drive. We went to the temple, prayed, and took some pictures.
Outstation was fun, but tiring.

Dave and My Master Class
International Marketing is an interesting subject. It's also delivered by a very good lecturer, Mr. Albert Lim. He's just good in lecturing. The only thing that is not good is to write a report contains of 2,500 words. It's totally too much for me...
Last Sunday, original planned was to drive Dave to my aunt's home @ Kapten Muslim and asked a favor from my mom and a cousin (Cindy) to look after him. However, Dave was reluctant to stay at my aunt's place. He didn't want to let go me even for a second. It seems like he just knew it.
Then, Mr. and I made a decision to bring him home and asked my mom to our place. Dave can call Pho-pho (my mom) but still reluctant to call Akong (grandpa). My class finished at 5.30 in the afternoon. Mr., mom, and Dave already waited in the parking place. After that, we decided to go for a meal, and we went to Medan Mall for Kalasan and dropped mom home.
I was told that we are going to have other master class again in this coming 20 and 21 June. By that time, parent-in-law is already home. So, it'll be a lot easier.

Gathering
It has been more than 10 days since in-law traveling. Life has been good so far. Apparently Mr. and I can cope with each other with things around. Yeah... we are growing and getting better in marriage life each day.
I am going to have my Master class in this coming Saturday and Sunday. International Marketing. Gosh what is that all about? I am totally stuck and I still think that programming is a lot easier. Lets hope that I can get the assignments done. We have been given the tutorial to prepare before the class starts. I have totally no idea how to start or where to start...
Sunday is going to be a busy day. We have to wake up early as we need to pray (Chinese lunar calendar is 15th). The class starts at 9. Besides that I need to drop Dave to my aunt place. We agree that Mr. alone cannot handle Dave. Just pray that things will go smoothly... ^^
