What Cause Conflicts in the Office...???

I kinda think that most of the conflicts that occur in the office or working field or domestic household or anywhere is due to the thought in the mind that each being has. Sometimes, I would call that thought as assumption that each being own. These assumptions will lead to the misunderstanding that will lead to another thing (can be worse or better) if it is not being discussed or settled instantly.

We don't really know what happens to a person until the person tells us what is actually happened to him or her. As the outsider, we can only judge from outside and make comments. These comments can be anything (pros or cons) and can become disasters if it is not true.

So, I think it is better not to make comments, or if we really want to, we can make comments that is not pro to any party or just keep the comments to ourselves.
