My Laptop

I turned on my laptop this morning and surprisingly it's not working properly. It had lines on the screen. Sometimes I still can see the shortcuts at the desktop though the lines were there and sometimes it filled with the lines. Toshiba Satellite S-731 purchased 3 years ago, handled with care. Thought it will last long but then it's still the same. Does this tell me that brand doesn't matter? Planned to go to fix the laptop, but it's raining heavily outside. Well, will do it tomorrow. Hope that it still can be fixed, otherwise I am gonna get broke again.
