6 weeks baby not Pooping

Djoanne is exactly two months old tomorrow. Will go for the immunization tomorrow. From the previous immunization, she was not gaining too much weight and it's below average. It's totally different from Dave ^^.
Hopefully this time it will be on the average.

She enjoys to take bath so much. The only problem with her is the white tongue. Tried everything to remove the milk, but it's still there. Dave was having this problem also, but then I forgot how we solved it.

I am still breastfeeding her with addition of 60 ml - 120 ml of formula each day. Since she was 6 weeks, her poops were not regular and I were worried when she didn't poo for 3 days. I browsed the Internet and it says that it's normal for baby who is on bf not to poo everyday. When I were about to bring her to the doctor for consultation, she pooped. The stools were not hard. Since then she only poo every 3 - 7 days. Today she pooped and the last time she pooped was exactly 7 days ago.

Great... another present for Dave for getting older...
He had fever... extremely high fever for the past couple days ago...
It was Thursday noon after school, he's showing the symptoms of getting fever... no appetite, sleepy, vomit, and from the body temperature also... We didn't bring him to the doctor coz it's just the first day... so we tried to give him Panadol syrup.. it worked at the beginning.. however it's getting worse during the night time...
I were told by a doctor that normally the fever is getting worse during the sleeping time... Thus, I did compress with the ice on his head... it helped but I didn't have a proper sleep...

The next day... it looked like he's recovery. He's playing like usual... however in the afternoon... the fever back again.. and it's getting worst at night.. almost reach 40....ice compress can't help.. same thing with the Panadol syrup...
The next day.. early in the morning... went for the doctor... the doctor said... just fever with a little bit of throat infection... gave Dave medicine.... it helped the fever... but not the crying part...

The fever back again on Sunday night and I brought him for another Doctor. The doctor mentioned that he has allergic... that coz his nose blocked and throat inflammation that lead to the high fever. The allergic might came from either the air or the food. If this last longer, then it will lead him for having sinusitis. However, I just don't have any idea if we should bring him to check his allergic caused. He's back to school now, but he's still consuming the medicine....
