When Life is in the Junction...

I wonder how people should react towards things that happen to them.
I also wonder in what position should a person be, giver or taker.
When someone is in the junction, and already decides which path that he or she is taking. Suddenly the person realizes that it is no longer a single decision that he or she can decide alone. There are other parties that need to be involved in the discussion before he or she is really taking the path. Then, the best solution is to have a discussion.

However, not all the time discussion will come to a conclusion. When a discussion cannot reach a conclusion, absolutely argument is there. What happen if the arguments lead to something that is worse than you can imagine?
Should that person still go with the path that he or she wants; with conditions that things might not be the same again. The arguments might lead to some point which is terrible.

However, if the person step back in the discussion and cancel to take the path that he or she wants. Then, he or she will not enjoy the rest of her days until certain time that is not measurable. It might be forever. Since, time already flies and there are certain things that people cannot do once he or she reaches certain age. Assume that the characteristics of this person is not easily satisfied with things.

We know that it is not easy when you have to work with other people. That's why when you went for an interview, team work question always arises. What should you do if this person is you?
